See Through Matte Tint
07 Onion Beige | 4 Colours
Brand new colours inspired by the harmony and elegance that is presented from Korean Hanbok. The Hanbok series consists of four matte colours and four gloss (Glasting) colours. The matte colours are under the category of See Through Matte, with Onion Beige as one of the four new colours. It is a warm nude colour that expresses liveliness without looking overwhelming.
Packaging
Rom&nd uses a really elegant design that is simple yet graceful. They designed the box so well, it feels like an actual product from the vintage shop. Rom&nd also paid attention to the subtle details on the lip tint’s tube.Â
All Rom&nd products come with a “Hidden Tag” that helps to identify if the product is genuine or not. If you’d like to know more, I have actually written about Rom&nd’s hidden tag in my previous blog post before.Â
If you look closely, you will see beautiful white imprints on the bottle. They resemble the hanbok designs and they are very subtle. I love that the designers put little thoughts like this into their products.Â
This lip tint uses a cotton wand just like all of their lip tint products and the texture of the lip tint is creamy. The cotton tip is very soft which helps to blend the colour well.Â
Speaking of applying, while the texture is creamy, it does not feel oily at all. On the other hand, while the finishing texture is matte, it doesn’t feel drying as well. Rom&nd is very consistent with their formula. Just like other matte lip products, this See Through Matte finishing does not crack the lips or create additional lines on the lips.Â
The colour is very consistent and it blends really well on the lips. The colour is buildable as well, which helps if you want to do gradient lip looks.
Honestly, this is one of the lip products that I’m really glad to have. The packaging is really different from what the other brands can offer and I am really happy that I spent about RM30 on it. (Yes, it is really that affordable!)
