Once the funds are cleared from our account, we will proceed to ship out your item within 2-5 working days. However, some products may have different processing duration required. In such cases, the different processing duration will be listed in the product page. 

For digital goods, it will be available immediately once we have received the payment.

Unfortunately, all sales are final. We are unable to offer any refunds, cancellations or exchange any of the products you have purchased. Please make sure that you have purchased the correct items before making the payment. We utterly appreciate your understanding.

We will try our best to help you. Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We will be able to change your address if your order has not been processed yet. However, if the order has been processed, you may inquire the corresponding courier company to change the address with them. 

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double confirm that your shipping address is correct before placing your order and making payment.

Instant Banking Transfer (IBG & DuitNow), ATM/Cash Deposit (1-5 days for verification) and Credit/Debit Cards (5 working days for fund clearance).

Paypal Option: For Paypal users, we can request the fee from you via our Paypal account. However, kindly be notified that there will be a 10% handling fee for such request. 

For Malaysians: MYR only.

For the Rest of the World: USD only based on a general fixed rate.

Personal Shopper

Local recipient: 
1. Depending on the payment method, the days required for fund receiving varies. (Bank transfer: immediately or 1-5 days. Credit card via Stripe: 5 working days)
2. We will then proceed with the order during the weekend. (Orders for weekday night personal window shopping will be held on the next available weekday after fund receiving.)
3. Depending on the delivery method, the days required varies. Personal Deliveries can be done on Saturday/Sunday. Courier deliveries will be shipped out the next available working day. West Malaysian deliveries should be completed between 2-5 working days if nothing goes wrong. East Malaysian deliveries should be completed between 5-10 days if nothing goes wrong.  

International recipient: 
1. Depending on the payment method, the days required for fund receiving varies. (Bank transfer: 2-5 working days. Credit card via Stripe: 5 working days)
2. We will then proceed with the order during the weekend. (Orders for weekday night personal window shopping will be held on the next available weekday after fund receiving.)
3. Depending on the countries and custom process, the days required varies. It may take up to 21 working days for the parcel to reach you.

Yes, you can! However, please do so before the weekend that we will be going out to shop for you on behalf.

Based on the T&C for Personal Shopping:

We reserve the right to alter/change (or cancel) the order to ensure maximum accuracy of the orders made, based on the scenarios below:
– Properly listing the order based on the items listed
– Any discrepancies such as wrong product fee, wrong quantity, etc
– Additional item (only applicable before payment made)

Cancellations & Refunds are available based on the following conditions:

Full Cancellation:
Before Payment:  Not Applicable.
Outside & had not started searching: Full refund and we will keep the half of the handling fee.
Completed purchasing task & fully purchased: Non-refundable. Items will be shipped out as usual.

Partial Cancellation:
When some of the products are not available: Full product fee refund on every unpurchased item. Handling fee, purchased items and shipping fee are not refundable. Items will be shipped out as usual.
When all of the items are not available: Full refund except handling fee for man effort in searching for products.

In the events that we are completely unable to purchase any item for you due to out of stock, we will refund the product money to you. However, the handling fee will not be refunded as we had made efforts to search for the product for you.

Local Customers:
1. Bank Transfer (IBG & DuitNow)  – Highly encouraged. No additional fees applied. 
2. ATM / Cash Deposits – 1-5 days for verification required. No additional fees applied.
3. Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe) – Not encouraged. 5 working days required for funds clearance from the account. Gateway fees apply.

International Customers:
1. Instant Banking Transfer – Encouraged. Takes 2-5 working days for the bank to verify and transfer the amount. Bank may charge a small fee.
2. Credit Card (via Stripe) – Gateway fees apply. 5 working days required for funds clearance from the account. 

Paypal Option: 10% handling fee applies. Fees will be requested from Paypal site.

Shipping

You may calculate the shipping charges by the calculator at the cart page. All of the shipment charges are calculated by weight and ZIP code that is being shipped to. For locations where the calculator deemed unavailable, please contact us for more information.

If your location is not available, you will see the below screenshot showing up in your cart. Before placing the order, please contact us to check with other postal services to see if your location is available and if we can provide you the most suitable quotation for the shipping fee. Once you have confirmed that you would like to proceed, please check out and inform us. We will amend the order form with additional shipping fee and send you the email confirmation for the order so that you can proceed with the payment.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible or liable for any delayed, lost or stolen packages during the transit, even if the packages are marked as ‘delivered’. 

We do not have any control over the management or task orders that is placed onto the courier staffs. Hence, it is advised that you contact your local post office or corresponding carrier immediately for more information. 

By default, we make sure that we check and inspect all of the products before packing them for shipment/delivery. In some situation, we would take pictures / videos of the content as a proof before shipping out.

As listed in the T&C, we are not liable for the condition of the package once it has been handed over to the courier companies. Please make a claim with the corresponding company for your claims. 

International Shipping

We are willing to try for you! Please contact us before you make an order. We will get in touch with you immediately. 

All international orders are subject to and may be charged customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. There might be additional custom charges for certain countries due to extended processing times for invalid or unclear parcel category and content declared. For custom procedures and CIF values chargeable for clearance fee, please visit the official custom website of your country. 

We are not responsible for any fees associated with import. These fees are not included in your purchase or shipping charges and must be paid by the parcel recipient. 

We are using EasyParcel. They have a list of items which you may refer to for your order shipping and delivery that may be prohibited (domestically/internationally) and non-compensatory.

If you would like us to use another courier company that compensates for damages of beauty/cosmetic products caused by the courier staffs, please send us an email before placing an order. The shipping fee quotation will change accordingly as well.

All of the international orders will need to be cleared by the local customs of the recipient address first. They may hold onto your package for further inspections (or for other reasons). Please be informed that we do not have any contact with the customs or the control of their decision. Furthermore, once the package has left our country (Malaysia), we would not be able to track it until it reaches the destination. You may choose to inquire your local post office for more information about your order as we would not call or have contact with other post offices in other countries.
