Korean Korean Products Makeup Peripera Review ZoelieWho

Swatch | Peripera Pure Blushed Sunshine Cheek in 07/09/15/16/17

There is always a difference between Western makeup and Asian makeup, especially in the color shades used. I’ve been purchasing from Colourpop and Sephora brands (western) that I find a bit too unflattering for my skin tone so I wanted to try Asian brands. Seeing that Peripera has such a wide range of colors with affordable pricing, I made my purchases and swatched them to share with you.

Peripera

PeriPera is a brand that contains the sensibility of hip makeup lovers who enjoy the innovative quality and trendy designs at reasonable prices.

According to a legend, a fairy named Peri from ancient Persia carried around a magic pouch called Pera and transformed into an alluring woman. PeriPera is a total beauty brand that reproduces the magic of the lovely beauty alchemist, Peri, with modern technology.

Pure Blushed Sunshine Cheek

All of them comes with different stamping on the pressed powder. They are either quotes or cute illustrations from actual artists. Some of these are limited editions which may not be available by the time you read this. In any case, the regular colours are: 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 11, 12, 13, 16, and 17. (Note: The colours 08, 09, 14, and 15 are limited editions).

Swatches

07 Milky Peach is a very light yogurt milky peach color. It can be use as just the blusher itself or to be apart of the blush layering to brighten the cheeks.

09 Tender Beige is from the TETEUM VER limited edition collection released in the end of 2021. It is a neutral, peachy beige shade. It can be use as just the blusher itself or layered on top of other brightening shades.

15 Prize Pink is part of the CHOIGOSIM VER limited edition collection released in the middle of 2021. It’s a light rosy pink colour which can be used as a blush or a layering colour to brighten the cheeks.

16 Acorn Beige and 17 Rosy Brown are both under the “Mood” range. One is a nude beige and the other is pink-brown. Both are layer-able but are suitably used just on it’s own.

Here’s a side-by-side comparison of the blushes on my arm. The lighting is slightly darker so you may see the colors showing a little differently but they are generally the same shades.
