Verdict

To my surprise, this lip masks doesn’t fail me at all. I have been using it for a few months and I would still like it. My previous experience with Laneige and A’pieu had made me lose interest in lip masks but I wanted to give one more try since my lips are very dry. I’m so glad I picked Innisfree though!

The smell is amazingly subtle and true to the green tea smell. The texture, although seemed pretty thick and hard, it melts into the lips effortlessly. A little goes a long way, I’m serious about this. I usually just pick a dot-sized amount with the back of my thumb nail that is both clean and washed. After waking up, I would use a cotton pad and a little bit of gentle makeup remove to wipe it off my lips cleanly whilst removing dead skin.

You can remove it with some soap but a very light layer of the lip mask will remain. It’s not as tough to remove as A’pieu’s honey lip mask. I would consider that as a pro too. Innisfree Lip Sleeping Mask With Green Tea works well, removes well and does what it is meant to do. I think you can use it as a lip balm at the beginning of the day but I would still stick to applying it before I sleep.

Definitely would recommend and repurchase. This is surprisingly a really good product and worth the price tag. I bought it from Althea for less than RM49 but it has been out of stock at the moment. I suppose that’s how good of a product it is.
