Scentses and Co is founded by three sisters that provides authentic designer perfumes in an 8ml vial (30-day supply) for a really affordable price tag. They are a BizTrust-Certified Business by SSM Malaysia and the founder, Sadira, seems to be a very credible person, especially after watching this video.Â
Up until today, they have 260+ designer brands, such as Rihanna, Ariana Grande, Beyonce, Dior, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, Burberry, Marc Jacobs, Lavin, Christian Dior, Carolina Herrera, Guerlain, Jean Paul Gaultier, YSL, etc. They offer plans for both genders as well as two types of subscription plans with a different price tag. The Lite plan is priced at RM49.90 whilst the Luxe plan is priced at RM65.90 RM59.90. All plans comes with FREE DELIVERY!
They launch new perfumes every 15th and 30th of the month to the LUXE and LITE plan respectively. There are some rare and discontinued perfumes available on their website that have been discontinued in Malaysia, for example, Calvin Klein Purple Orchid, Trussardi Inside and Jean Paul Gaultier Ultra Male.
No strings attached! You can cancel/skip/pause whenever (at least 1 day before order date). You can also change your card details and set your monthly perfume lineup in one shot! You can also order one-time-off and cancel right away!

I came across this website out of nowhere and when I look deeper and deeper, I find this company very impressive, especially the founder’s story. I personally want to try all of the perfumes without spending the full-priced amount. If possible, I want to collect small amounts of each perfume and use it whenever I want. However, samples are harder to purchase online and it gets very demotivating if I need to check with retail stores one by one. So, when I found this company, my heart was filled with joy!
This subscription service offers 8ml of the perfume of YOUR CHOICE (aka better than blind date) and they will send over one bottle every singly month. You get to choose your perfume lineup for up to 8 months, which allows you to just sit back and relax while you get your favourite/choice of perfume. There are so many options, especially the ones that are widely loved internationally.Â
First Month of Subscription
Your first order should come with a box (convertible into a display box), a black travel case, an informative note, and your perfume of choice within the travel case. Every perfume comes with its own introductory note as well. Scentses and Co’s note teaches you how to switch the perfume bottles as well as how to convert the box into a display box.
Since, I’ve subscribed to both the LITE and LUXE plans, I have two boxes on my first parcel. You can just take the insert out, turn it around, put it back in, and voilà (!) you now can display your perfume bottles on it.
I find the sizing of the holes pretty fitting for each bottle and they stand up just well. This would look amazing if you only want a few bottles. For me, I will want 20+ perfumes so I will put my bottles somewhere else instead. I do highly applause the company for innovatively making the box more functional instead of keeping it just “a box”, you know.
I’ve mentioned just now that every first month, you will obtain a black travel case. In my case, there will be two. You just need to twist the travel case and the sprayer head will rise up. Then, all you need to do is just to press down in order to spray the perfume. The travel case is made of light metal at 9.5cm in length. The size is similar to a lipstick case. It is compact, light, and sturdy.Â
Every subsequent month
For every subsequent month (2nd month onwards), you will receive a new perfume bottle within a box and it is wrapped in bubble wrap. You will be charged for every bottle as well, so do make sure that your card is usable so that you can receive your new bottles on time.
Every new bottle consists of the authentic perfume of choice and it has the original colour according to the product. The bottles are made of glass with metal sprayer heads. You can use the perfume as it is. However, if you want to bring it out for touch-ups, do use the travel case!
Also, Scentses and Co will label every perfume bottles with a round sticker on the top so you won’t need to fumble around to find your favourite perfume to wear for the day!
Currently, I have the Ariana Grande Cloud (Lite), Rihanna Reb’l Fleur (Lite; Gifted), Guerlain Mon Guerlain (Luxe), and Versace Bright Crystal (Lite; Gifted)!
Switching the perfume bottles is very easy as well. You just need to pull the bottle out and put another bottle back in. That’s it! My advice is not to press to hard so that you won’t accidentally sprayed out some perfume.
Within every perfume case, it has an inner grip that holds the perfume bottles. I believe the grip is made of rubber.
You can also purchase new travel cases! All you need to do is just to purchase the travel case and select “Shipped with My Upcoming Order” before checking out. The team will pack all your orders together for the upcoming month.Â
*P.S: Do note that the purchase of extra travel case is only available exclusively for the subscribers as it is their Company Policy to guarantee the authenticity of the perfume that goes into the bottle with their logo. Hence, theydo not sell the travel case to non-subscribers.
Verdict
I am absolutely ecstatic about this company and the services it is providing! The joy that this subscription plan had given me is the freedom to obtain many different perfumes without committing to the full price for a bottle of perfume that I may/may not like. I also get to switch around scents whenever I like, which is a great deal for me! It satisfies my curiosity towards each designer perfume’s scent whilst keeping my budget waaaaay lower than it should be.Â
It also gives me full freedom on cancellations, skipping, and pausing the subscriptions whenever I want without any catches. No fees will be imposed and it is absolutely worrying-free! Of course, if you really want to do so, do cancel/skip/pause at least 1 day before the order date. I absolutely needed the fuss-free and worry-free when it comes to subscription services. Having full-freedom is my absolute NEED.Â
Additionally, if you think that one month a bottle is too slow (like me; they are planning to release 3 bottles a month but I’m unsure when it will roll out), you can keep switching the order date in the Manage My Subscription page to increase the frequency of subscription within one month. My suggestion is to set the order dates on Mondays to give extra buffer time for Scentses and Co (i.e.: Tuesdays to Sundays). This should give you 4 bottles a month. The special gifts on your 3rd/6th/9th month still apply as long as you are continuing the same subscription order. The perfumes do smell as intense as they should be, which eliminates the suspicion of watering down. I can totally smell the perfume’s top, medium and bottom notes. The perfumes’ performances can be noted as well, which lasts between 6-12 hours depending on each perfume. So, in my honest opinion, I do trust that the content of each bottle is authentic to the core.

If you want to subscribe to two or three bottles a month, request a link from the Scentses and Co team! I’ve cancelled my single bottle subscription after the first month and immediately sign up for a triple bottle subscription in both Lite and Luxe. Now I have 6 bottles every month!
(Subscribing 3 bottles a month is RM3.30 cheaper PER BOTTLE. Add another 10% discount when you use my referral link as well! Make sure you completed the purchase within the same browser window!)
Also, if you want to change your dates, be ready to re-arrange for future line-ups if you’ve already set it before changing your dates! My advice is, instead of preparing for 8 months, you should manage your line-ups for every 1 or 2 months per alternate months.Â
